Mission, Purpose and Recognition of the Journal

The Scientific Journal "Nursing Care and Research" accepts articles from Greek and foreign researchers and authors and is based on a referee system. The journal's mission is to contribute to the development of nursing science and practice in Greece and internationally. Also, the goal is to promote and disseminate new knowledge and research data for application at all levels of health care (primary, secondary and tertiary. For this purpose, fellow nurses and collaborators from other sciences are invited to contribute high-level primary and secondary studies in Greek or in the English language.

The magazine Nursing and Research is included in the magazines with national recognition FEK issue B, 1961/23-9-2008. Also, the journal has been accepted and is indexed in CINHAL, EBSCO and SCOPUS International Databases. In addition, since 2019 it belongs to the Directory of Nursing Journals Managed by INANE (International Academy of Nursing Editors).
